How do I cancel? It depends on where you signed up. If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel any time right from your account settings, in a few taps. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple manages that subscription — cancel it on your device under Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Either way, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
How does the free trial work? On the web, you get 7 days free without entering a card — if it ends and you haven't subscribed, nothing charges. If you start a trial through the App Store, Apple keeps a payment method on file and the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when it ends, so cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you don't want to continue.
What does it cost? On the web, $8.99 per month or $59 per year. In the App Store, the price is shown to you before you buy.
A charge looks wrong. Email me — if you subscribed on the web I can sort it out directly, and if you subscribed through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, but reach out anyway and I'll point you to the right place.
Setting up your colors. Already had your colors done? Enter your season or your swatches and you're set. Not sure yet? Pick from our seasons and start there — no fan decks required.
Using the camera matcher. Point your camera at a garment and ShopYourSeason reads its color and tells you whether it's a Strong, Close, or Off match for your palette — and which of your swatches it's closest to. Best results in good, even light.
Do you keep my photos? No. When you use the camera or add a palette photo, the color is read on the spot and the image is discarded in memory — never uploaded, never stored. That's built into how the app works.
Delete my account or data. Email feedback@shopyourseason.ai and I'll remove your account and everything I hold within seven days. If you subscribed through the App Store, remember to also cancel that subscription in your Apple account settings so you aren't billed again.
