These terms are the agreement between you and ShopYourSeason LLC, an Oklahoma company ("SYS," "I," or "me"). By creating an account or using the web app, the browser extension, or the iOS app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SYS.
SYS is a color-shopping companion. You tell me which colors are yours, and I look at products from retailers and tell you how well each one matches your palette, best matches first. It runs across three places on one subscription: a web app, a browser extension, and an iOS app.
SYS gives you suggestions to help you shop. It is not professional color analysis, and it is not a substitute for an in-person analysis with a trained analyst. A match is my best read of the color, not a promise that a piece will suit you, fit you, or be right for the occasion. Your own eye, and a real analyst, always win.
SYS is a paid subscription. The current pricing is $8.99 per month or $59 per year, and you can start with a 7-day free trial without entering a card. Pricing can change over time, but I will not change what you are already paying without telling you first.
When you find something in SYS, you click through to the retailer to buy it. SYS never sells, ships, or handles the item. The purchase is between you and that retailer, under their terms, at their prices, with their availability, shipping, and returns. I am not responsible for a retailer's products, prices, stock, delivery, or customer service.
As my privacy policy also notes, when you click through and buy, the retailer may pay SYS a small affiliate commission. This never changes what you see. Rankings are based only on how well a piece matches your palette, never on what I would earn.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details reasonably safe. Please give accurate information when you sign up, and let me know if something looks wrong with your account. One account is for one person; please do not share a login.

SYS, including the name, the look and feel, the palette system, the curated catalog, and the color-matching engine, belongs to ShopYourSeason LLC and is protected as my intellectual property. Using SYS does not give you any ownership of it.
Your palette is yours. You are simply letting me use it to do the one job you are here for, which is telling you what is in your colors.
SYS is provided "as is." I work hard to make the matching accurate and the catalog current, but I cannot promise it will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. Colors can shift between screens, retailers change their listings, and a match is a considered opinion, not a guarantee.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SYS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from a purchase you made at a retailer you reached through SYS. Nothing here is meant to limit any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using SYS and close your account any time. I can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, and where it is fair to do so I will tell you why. If your account ends, the parts of these terms that should reasonably continue, like the ownership and liability sections, still apply.
If I materially change these terms, I will let people on the list know before the change takes effect, the same way I do with the privacy policy. Continuing to use SYS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
